"I heard about Kylie and Groundwork Therapy by word of mouth. The level of support offered throughout training (including before and after) has been above and beyond on every level. The skills I have learned and my increased awareness of how I am and interact in the world have impacted my life personally and professionally in ways I couldn’t have fathomed when I started the course.
